Refer a Friend

Terms & Conditions: Referrals must be submitted through IT Associates’ “Refer a Friend” online form to assure proper tracking of referrals and bonus payments.  Referrals must be made within twelve months prior to referee's hire date to be eligible.  Individuals submitted more than once for referral with go to the first referring party only.  One referral bonus will be paid per referred individual that is successfully placed.  Earn additional bonuses by referring as many individuals from your network as you like.  Temporary work referrals must complete a minimum of 400 work hours to qualify for a referral bonus.  Referrals expire twelve (12) months from the date of initial referral after which time the referral will no longer qualify for a referral bonus.  Referrals already identified by IT Associates through other recruitment methods within the previous twelve (12) months of initial referral date will not  be eligible for referral.  IT Associates reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine if a referral bonus is due and to whom.  Program available in the US only.  IT Associates reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate this plan at any time.
